Success and old age?

Or just complacency.

When they turn 30 but their fans want them them preserved at 25 while the fans get older.

People can't stay the same forever. If they do they are called Trent Reznor. While I am a NIN fan, I kind of feel sorry for him. In that he can't or never felt allowed to age.

Most metal careers begin at a young age. It is often fueled by adolescent rage. That almost always fades as a person matures. If you are still yelling and screaming about the same shite you were 20 years ago, you've failed to evolve as a human.

The struggles you experience as a youngster tend to fade as you become financially stable. Lending to less strife and angst to draw upon.

It’s really hard to play fast triplets when you get old.
