Wagon Wheel

A great song, but so fricking overplayed. I get kind of nauseated when I hear it now, like I need to endure it.

Nah. Free Bird is actually a very good song that got overplayed. Wagon Wheel has always been a boring, listless song AND it's overplayed. So no. No comparison.

In what sense?

Regardless, the answer is NO.

Every bar or restaurant that plays music, but doesn't blast hip/hop or techno music.

Every cover band.

Every sporting event both in person and on tv.

Every "soft-rock", "pop", and "country" radio station.

not just no...but hell no....Free Bird is actually a damn good song, written and cut by one of the greatest rock bands of all time...they aren't even comparable really...I know that Free Bird and Wagon Wheel are both played way too much, but that is where the similarities stop.

Since I cannot imagine a wrestling tag team group call the Wonderful Wagon Wheels, I would have to say no.

Well, as someone who occasionally likes to get a drink in a bar, eat at restaurants, and watch sports, it can get really really really old after a while.

Just disconnect from popular culture.

It's easy if you try.
