Thinking about it...actually trying to decide between this show and Randy Rogers at Floore's. I've seen Randy twice already this week so Wade's winning at this point.

I didn't know Will was opening! He's one of my favorites. He's great live and a super nice guy. Decision made, I'm going with Wade.

Got a text from one of Wade's guys...Will Hoge is sick and had to cancel his TX shows. :( My buddy doesn't know who is opening in his place. Wade will still be great, though, and I will be there, so if any of you end up making it you better come say hello!

I was rocking my purple and gold. LSU fans mostly stayed at Northgate but I managed to convince a few to come watch this with me.

That's SXSW. Great time but good luck booking a hotel, and any band you want to see will probably be credentials-only. Industry types swarm Southby and, unfortunately, average Joe loses.

It is really fun, though, and there's a TON of live music. If you're hanging out with me, don't worry about gettimg into places. But you won't get your typical TX country shows every night of the week.
