This is a FANTASTIC idea... I'm tired of good, original, local bands being the ones that are rarely heard of or seen. Seems all that you hear about are the cover bands that populate Tigerland, Earl's, downtown (except for Red Star and occasionally Happy's), etc. Giving these locals the opportunity to play on that stage (even if it's to be the opener for the opener of the opener) may give them the confidence to grow their music and art into something that is widely respected.
I'm EXTREMELY happy with him at the helm so far, and I can't wait to see what else is in store in the future.

He started this week and he booked a show that is an 8 city tour in one day produced by MTV which starts in two weeks? I think that is impossible. Not saying AB won't be good, but he had nothing to do with that show. Just saying. That, like most tours are booked months in advance.
