I was at LSU and BR in '73 and '74. I've hit 60. I knew all the bands on this rant were current, I just threw my oldies in for the fun of it. I knew you would not know these bands. It was fun then, fun.

Kenny was great.
My favorite from my time in Baton Rouge were the Circuit Breakers. They opened up the whole rockin blues thing for me. Fun band.

Actually no. I had the opportunity to book a show at the Varsity. I asked everyone for their favorite local bands and contacted them trying to fill out a show at the last minute. These 3 bands are the ones that were available and able to play that show. Everyone else either had members on vacation, were broken up, were already booked, or were playing The Varsity around the same time.
