Turntable Cartridge Recs

Looking to replace the cartridge on my Music Hall - MMF-2.2 Turntable. Currently cartridge is Music Hall Magic 2 Thinking about VM540ML MicroLine. Any recommendations/why I shouldn't go with this one/other options would be greatly appreciated.

There are well regarded options from Ortofon and Grado, among others, in that price range.
I would think about calling a couple of online analog specialty places like Needle Doctor, etc plus your local hifi store if you have one, to see if they have any deals or thoughts. Can't hurt to take a little time to check and you might find something in the next class up.
[Edit: Oops Needle Doctor went under. I got a great deal from Hifi Heaven on a SoundSmith a couple of years ago so check with them]

And if you want comedy gold, search for old interviews between Roy Hall (Music Hall) and audio “journalists” from all the usual audio rags throughout the years. He hates all the writers and their arse-kissing shitty equipment reviews, and will always call them out using choice vulgarities
