It's upbeat, unpretentious, straight-forward rock. Eddie Money's songs generally remind me of Huey Lewis in that regard. Very easy to listen to and is probably even better performed live (no need for slick studio effects for this kind of music); probably makes for a really fun concert. I have no issues with it at all, but that being said, I don't find it interesting enough to buy.

Its the white trash anthem. It has everything from hard rock to sleezy saxaphone, and it's a duet featuring a guy with a mullet and some old biker whore. Simply put, it is the greatest song of all time.
