Forgot about Otis. He sounded 45 at 27. Wonder if his voice would have held up?
Had he lived he'd have gotten some of my $$$$ at a farewell concert or a casino show somewhere. He embodied what every white singer who sang or just dabbled in blues/soul wishes they could sound like.
