I have Sturg tix for Memphis MARCH 22 but they moved it to a date that I can’t go to

Can I get refund? Or I have to sell em?

Don’t know. But I’m sure Ticketmaster’s website does. Have you tried that? I willing to bet they have an entire page dedicated to just such a situation

Call them and ask. Typically when postponements happen some sort of refund policy goes into effect... btw, I’m not sold on their ticket insurance. I looked at it a few days ago and in order to file a claim you need documentation. So if you can’t go because the new show date falls on your kids bday for example, you somehow have to submit documents. It’s a weird deal.

I had the same issue with a rescheduled ZZ Top show a few years ago when Dusty hurt his shoulder. They sent me an email a few days later that gave me an option to request a refund if I could not make the new date.

Clicked one button, and the money was refunded (less, of course, their precious fees).
