The older acts still play traditional country music. Not so the up and comers that they feature. It's not even bro country, more like folk/blues/rock. Some of it's not too bad, but it's not country.

This is what you get when the Nashville establishment has been driven out of town and pop/rock producers and label guys take over.

She's a little edgy for "country radio" but if they can get one hit on her they can take her the "Taylor Swift" route. The sooner that happens, the sooner she and her Jewish agent will head west.

In other words, not talented enough to hit it on pop radio right out of the gate. Figured they would start with the hayseeds and then move on.

They still do shows at the Ryman during Christmas season or at least they did a few years ago.

Man. Musicians used to have to hunt through thrift stores or exclusive boutiques to put together a look. That chick looks like a Target ad.
