Any fans? I am digging on the new album. I think its pretty solid. Its a psychedlic rock album.
I have a hard time differentiating their recent albums, as they do sound a lot alike, and this no exception. I do like the sound. This one definitely seems a bit "rockier" to me.
I am always impressed with how fast they put out solid album after solid album and continue to tour. They have put out at least an album a year for the last 13 years.
I fricking love psychedelic rock. if you have any suggestions for psych rock with female singers, please suggest it for me.

I've listened to them here and there and I like them.
I can't think of any female psych singers but it seems like I've seen some recently. I typically don't care for female singers although there are a few...PJ Harvey and Bjork (especially Sugrarcubes stuff)to name a couple. But I have found several female singers recently I really enjoy:
Merril Garbus of Tune Yards
Thao Nguyen of Thao and The Get Down Stay Down....worst band name ever but interesting music.
Courtney Barnett
Valerie June- Half black half Korean traditional country singer from deep woods of Tennessee.
