That sounds interesting; I'll definitely check it out. I really enjoy hearing the back stories of how recordings were made. The Classic Albums series on TV was great.
Also along these same lines, there is a series on Youtube by recording engineer/producer Rick Beato called What Makes This Song Great. It's a little different focus than this series. He dissects a song to show what's cool about it and point out some things that the casual listener might miss.
I'm thinking Dutch just based on the subtitles but Denmark might be right.
