The Rustic (Dallas & San Antonio
Posted by forever lsu30 on 9/9/18 at 11:47 pm30
If you're a red dirt or americana fan, go check out a show at The Rustic in either city.
Co-owned by Pat Green.
I have a caught a few shows in Dallas & on Friday I saw Roger Creager + Pat Green. Solid night all around.

Saw Jerry Jeff Walker there a few years back. Lots of fun.

The frat-douche factor is high at the Dallas location. Guess that's the Pat Green influence. And I've heard from several "in the know" people that a High Rise condo is slated to be built on the Dallas location.

They were supposed to put one in Frisco but that fell through when the developer filed for bankruptcy

All they can really do in Uptown these days is tear down existing structures & build high rises.
The population down there is really staggering.
