Very surprised to see Orange Beach on there. How is that place? Size?
It is much closer to NOLA than Alpharetta is.
Might just do Orange Beach->Oak Mountain and then Denver.

I kinda wish it was that 3 days in Alphretta I was hearing about so I could have just made a weekend of it. Now I'll have to drive all around, not to mention it's on a Monday through Wednesday

Suggest way of travel: Amtrak
It's cheap, takes just as long as a car, there is a bar, you can get as fricked up as you want and not have to worry about cops, you can walk around, there is a bar, and little to no security bringing luggage on.
