can anyone honestly argue Ringo was the reason for all that revenue?
John Lennon once claimed there would never have been Beatlemania w/o Ringo

Yea, I agree with most of what you said. I do agree that Waters is mostly responsible for the creative side and Gilmour/Wright for the musical side. I also blame Roger mostly for the separation and cheating us all out of years and years of great music. Im very happy that Gilmour and the rest stayed the course and did the music after Roger left. The Division Bell was one of the best albums in my opinion. The final cut on the other hand, that Roger was solely responsible for, was just terrible and the worst by far of the music labeled by Floyd

Except Fleet Mac dosent even register against PF

As if Pink Floyd wouldn't have been as huge if they'd added a guitarist other than Gilmour. Floyd was already big before Gilmour. Fleetwood Mac was relatively obscure before they added Buckingham/Nicks and totally changed their sound leading to huge commercial success.

Maybe this will come as a surprise but Waters, Wright, and Mason weren't just sitting on the sidelines in Floyd. If Waters had left the band at the same time Gilmour joined then there's a good chance you never would've heard of them.
