The Afghan Whigs' "The Lottery" Single Leaked

Thoughts?
"The Lottery"
I'm not sure what to think after hearing "Algiers" and now "The Lottery." I was a little excited after "Algiers," but "The Lottery" seems to be retreading some old tires. I can't quite place the sound, but I feel like I've heard it before on the Black Love or Gentleman album. Maybe a mixture of "Fountain and Fairfax," and "My Enemy." I guess that's not terrible thing. I was just hoping for something that transcended previous albums.
Has anyone heard the entire new album yet? I'd be interested to know how you define the sound.

Personally think it's more of a Twilight Singers record than a Whigs. Still going to like it but you can't have a Whigs album without Rick McCollum playing guitar.
Dave Rosser is a hell of a guitar player but has a different style.
