I have about 20 different preset stations on my tunein app and was playing around when Eagle 98.1 popped up as a suggestion.
I thought wow what a joke.. Why? So I clicked on it for kicks & shiggles and they were playin Coldplay

The final straw with Eagle 98 was when I heard a Creed song on there. Creed is classic Rock REALLY?????

jesus this thread comes up every week
once again, once Guaranty cut 104 the X they brought over Dan Day to DJ nights
at night they have "Eagle Night Flights" where they rotate in some 90s and early 2000s songs to try and lure in some of their previous listeners from 104 the X (because if you think about it, where would you here Coldplay songs on BR radio right now if not on Eagle 98.1?)
but during the day there are no 90s/2000s songs played...they are not trying to classify Puddle of Mudd, Coldplay, NIN, STP as "classic rock"
Lafayette and N.O. are having to pick up the slack for the lack of a BR alt/rock station

I heard Pudle of Mudd last time I listened at night. I am awaiting Eagle 98.1 playing Metro Station.

Puddle of Mudd and Coldplay and Stone Temple Pilots were played on a classic rock station! This is not classic rock music sucks now ZOMG!
:omg:
the radio station decided to play some newer stuff late night, you will survive
