Good question. I know Eric, he's a good dude. Me and Lee would be best friends if given the chance, we are both diehard Auburn fans. I once yelled "War Eagle" in between songs when they were playing at Bottletree and he responded with a "War Eagle" so I practically know him too.

They said whoever was running the event on the side of the stage was giving them a signal to quit playing or that time was up.
Seemed they were shorted some time. They didn't even get to Dirt Track.

That was the impression I got at the time. They quit very abruptly and had 10-15 minutes left on their scheduled time. I wonder what the reason was though? I figured the heat (Lee was drenched and looked like he was about to pass out) or they wanted to hurry and set up the next act. They've been kicked off stage for being too loud before, you wouldn't think that would be an issue at an outdoor festival but maybe they were worried they would still be heard over Judah and the Lion across the way?

I will say that it was quite annoying trying to enjoy First Aid Kit's last song with Young the Giant cranking out their first song across the way.
I suppose FAK went a minute or two past their intended time, but still...
