Question for the Music board:
My friend bought tickets for a Slash concert in Houston, because it was the closest one. But today they announced they are playing in Nola which is closer to my friend. He bought them on live nation, so is there any way he can exchange them? Or is he forced to sell them and rebuy the ones in NOLA?

Sometimes if you call and explain, they'll cancel them. Usually it just depends on the customer service rep. If the first one doesn't cancel them, it's worth it to call back and talk to someone else.

Doesn't LiveNation/Ticketmaster have their own ticket exchange website for concerts?
