But not billed as one. A happy young man goes through life, falls into a depression, and later insanity as his life falls apart.

Tiny Dancer: A young man finds a girl, gets married, and has a good life

Levon: The man has a son, but his son hates him and wants to leave the family, and the man falls into a depression

Razor Face: The man is older, divorced from his wife, his son is gone, and he wanders aimlessly and depressed

Madman Across the Water: The very old man now lives in a nursing home/mental institution and is batshit after his life fell apart

You flip to Side 2 and he becomes an Indian then stays at a Holiday Inn so it doesn’t work after Side 1.

First vinyl album I ever bought. Got it at the old flea market in the French Market back in the days when it was actually a flea market.

Madman and Goodbye Yellow Brick Road are the only two EJ albums I really like. He really fell off (for me) after Goodbye. Tumbleweed Connection not bad either.
But that's about it for me.
