I thought they were kinda boring when I saw them, but I'm not really a fan of that genre of music so take my review for what it's worth.

Ha! We were at a music festival and my friend called them Shovels and Boring. I’ve seen them twice. Her fake Dolly Partin accent in between songs drives me nuts.

They weren’t bad when I saw them a few years ago, but all of that fake bluegrass AmericanaFolk, Head & the Heart type stuff all sounds the same to me. Not much different than Mumford.

I’m not a huge fan anymore (used to be) but you’re crazy for calling them “fake Americana/folk” and comparing them to Mumford.

Shakey Graves opened and both acts put on a fun and energetic show.
