Should I go see St. Vincent?

I'm actually not familiar with her music at all. I just know of her as an innovative guitar player. I'm going to be in Knoxville next week and she's playing at a really cool historic theatre while I'm there.
Anybody into her or seen her live?
I've been reading about her current tour a little bit, and it sounds like it might be a little too weird for me.

Is it always just her by herself on stage? I always thought she had a full band.
I've never been really into her music but respect what she's doing. I remember when she was just a member in The Polyphonic Spree.

It sounds like that is what she's doing on her new tour (no band), and that is what is giving me pause about going.

this tour is just her with a stage show playing with backing tracks and live dancers etc. looks entertaining though.
