Saves The Day - Stay What You Are

I'll be the first to admit I went through a pretty terrible phase of music where my favorite bands were groups like New Found Glory, The Starting Line, Senses Fail, etc.
But man this album really stands the test of time. Some of those albums I listened to back then make me cringe now, but this one is just excellent. It's a great album by any standard. Great song writing, great lyrics, catchy as hell but not cheesy. Thoughts?

Yeah, I still occasionally listen to stuff like Saves the Day, the Get Up Kids, and American Football.
