Love Phil Manzanerra. He does a lot of work with Gilmour. Was one of his guitarists on his last couple tours.

We saw Roxy Music in Austin. Ferry sounded like a 70+ year old man...you can still hear glimpses of the crooner from the Avalon days but they had 3 back up singers to help. The star was Manzanera-still can rip on the guitar.. They did put on a great show and that is probably the last time we'll see that act again in the US.

Bleeng. Glad his voice is still holding up kinda sorta as you said he is 70+ and gotta give him some slack.

First 80s sounding band I can remember.. Lots in 77-78... But this was earlier..
