Anyone ever seen Robert Randolph and the Family Band live?
I have tix for the show next Friday at House of Blues in NOLA.
I have never seen him live and have heard great things. I'm pumped it's at a small venue.

Awesome show. Hes got tons of energy and he kills it on the lap steel.

Yeah. His guitar work is what drew me to his music. I've only seen him perform on you tube/dvds and it looks/sounds like a good time.

Seen him several times, you need to go.
To see where he learned it from check out The Campbell brothers...they are just as amazing in concert. Saw them at a small bar in Algiers few years ago during Jazz Fest.
