If you use the google home app, a Chromecast audio turns any basic receiver into this. Still plenty on eBay.

I use a Yamaha pretty basic receiver set up but I bought a Bluetooth receiver for like 25 bucks on Amazon and can stream through that. Opens up your options if you don’t wanna spend on a new receiver with Bluetooth capabilities

I would look into a decent sounding receiver and just attach an external device like an Amazon echo input or whichever one you like.
