I've got two... the latest is a DY62C it's a cedar top, burled mahogany cutaway. Reason for mentioning is it's got this funky analogy pickup (original) they called Bi-Phonic - its four old school dials and two jacks out. So you can opt (or not) to play three top/bottom strings to one speaker and other three strings to another. Basically mono left 3 and right 3. Kind of fun to play with, but I don't electrify it often. Almost like having three play when there two of you.

I have played some Blueridge and they sound just like a Martin and are constructed pretty well.
These are very nice guitars, along with the Eastman mentioned earlier. Chinese luthiers are legit, and Blueridge is designed by a former Martin guy. Great bang for the buck.

For a 1000 dollars you can get a 210 / 310 Taylor .if your willing to shop reverb and haggle a bit you can prolly get a 410 maybe even a 510 for the same money. I bought a 2013 810 ( 3900.00 retail) for 1900.00 off reverb in 2015. I'm not crazy about "new" acoustic guitars , it takes several yrs for them to "open up " . I also have had a 210 for 20 yrs and it's a very good guitar. Good luck.
