This track was released first on a B.o.B mixtape and then by Eminem as a single (which I don't really understand since it was in the public domain after B.o.B gave it away on a mixtape). So nobody is getting murdered on their own shite because it isn't really clear whose shite it is.

But I like the track, and I think B.o.B holds his own with Em moreso on this then on Airplanes pt. 2.

B.o.B ft. Eminem or Eminem ft. B.o.b -- Things Get Worse

I figured Renegade would be number one, honestly.

I may be in the minority, but not me. If it wasn't for Ether, the #1 diss song, calling it out, this probably wouldn't even be on the list, much less #2. Em's verse was better, and was awesome, but he certainly didn't "murder" Jay.

Even though Kanye had a short verse, and was mostly singing, I'd say Pusha on Runaway murdered Kanye.

The way I see it, the Nas line was kind of a weak diss. I think it was accurate statement in that Em's verse was in fact clearly better Jay's. But only because Em's verse was frickING SICK.

It was a compliment to Eminem more than a diss, imo.

BTW, has Nas ever had Eminem on one of his tracks?

I agree with the top 25 list in regards to Kanye on Run This Town. Great verse. Killed it.* But for Kanye that is definitely the exception, imo. I think Kanye is a very average rapper. Guys that appear on his tracks SHOULD murder him.

Birdman outshines Lil Wayne on 93 94 Baby. In fact it is probably Birdman's best verse ever

Meh. The raw emotion and melody is what makes Runaway great to me. Pusha's verse is nice, but he doesn't steal the show at all IMO.

I'm definitely not surprised to see Monster on the list. Not a huge Nicki Minaj fan, but that was a killer verse.

I like Nicki Minaj; I just don't like her albums. I think her voice is awesome. Another example:

Lil Wayne ft. Nicki Minaj - Knockout

I think that's a great song, and I think she makes it.

And I agree with you 100% about the verse on Monster. It's just silly. She was on a higher plane of existence that day.

Would you count Ghostface Killah's verse on GOOD Music's "New God Flow"? He destroyed that track.

The Roots ft. Common - Love of my life

Common's verse is nuts. It's just tight, nuanced wordplay. Every single line is basically a triple entendre, and I don't even think there is such a thing. Basically, the lines in his verse have more layers than your mother's labia. Peel em back. Enjoy.

"when we perform it's just coffee shop chicks and white dudes"

Okay, that one is straightforward. I just like it.

As an aside, this is one of my favorite songs. Safely top 20.
