re: Post a song that always puts you in a good mood, no matter what

Most of the popular songs by Simple Minds do it for me. They had a sound and style that was inspiring and was great at putting you in a positive upbeat mood. I also associate their biggest hits with some of the greatest years in the 80s and best, most carefree parts of my childhood. "Alive and Kicking", "Sanctify Yourself", and "All the Things She Said" stand out in this regard.

I'd also throw out "In My Dreams" by REO Speedwagon. The video is pure 80s nostalgia and it's almost impossible to hear/see the song and video on youtube and not end up in a happy mood.
