Have you ever listened to a contemporary pop singer who you thought just had a "meh" voice, and then listened to them in another light and were shocked that it was the same artist?

I know I'll get my man card revoked for this, but I heard Taylor Swift's "Safe and Sound" in the car earlier and had no idea she could sing that well.

Maroon 5 has a song on that CD that sounds pretty good too.

Now off to the help board to try and get my man card back.

Seriously though, I wish the radio would play this type of music instead. The vocals are simply amazing.

Freddie Mercury sang opera in the 80's and was damn good at it.
