Phish debuts “Gloria” in their second night in St. Louis

Phish kicked off their summer tour with two nights in St. Louis. The St. Louis Blues play “Gloria” at their home games when they score a goal. Game 7 of the Stanley Cup ended during their setbreak and to kick off set 2 Phish played Gloria then followed it up with Loving CUP.
I guess “We are the Champions” would have been too on the nose.

They play Toronto on 6/18, Game 7 is 6/16.
They played O Canada over the Bakers Dozen run. We may see(saw) it again next week.

Used to see Phish when they played small bars in western MA and Vermont. They would bounce on mini tramps and jam...plugged into the board one night in Northampton at Pearl Street where they played the small room downstairs. A few years later they were in the Mullins center at UMASS, figured they had made it...

They are different songs.
The one from 1995 is Van Morrison/Them “Gloria”
The one from this week is the Laura Brannigan “Gloria” from the early ‘80’s
