Just recently discovered this band through some co-workers. They're all metal heads and I don't care for most of their music, but really enjoy Pentagram.
Any other fans out there? Apparently heroin is the reason this band never really made it big

Yes, great band. I saw them a few years ago and they put on an awesome show.

There's an interesting documentary about the band/singer out there. Singer beat what looked like a mortal crack addiction to mount a comeback.
Can't say I'm really a fan, though.

Big fan...first heard Pentagram in mid-nineties. It was a tape-recorded copy of someone's original vinyl. Got a hold of it through some record trading distros....blew my mind.

Yes, watch that docu on Netflix. It's very heartfelt and emotional.
The music itself is quite awesome, considering its age. Highly reccomended if you like Sabbath or Traditional Doom Metal bands.
