Lol yeah tube. I put a call into Egnater to see if I can get some information. I am anticipating these just have a higher noise floor than I am used to. Which really sucks because they say that the amp performs best at 90%+ volume. I'll report back with anything I learn

Turn it all the way up, then down about 10%

Not to be condescending, but have you tried multiple guitar cables, guitars, and power outlets? If there's a bad cable or guitar jack, or if the outlet has a ground issue, it could contribute a hum.

You roll back your wattage to 1. Then crank the volume up and barely put the gain on?
