Heard this song today for the first time in a while. Such a shame he died so young.

Agreed. I also think Chris Cornell's vocals on Temple of the Dog are up there as well.

Do yourself a favor and get a copy of Grace. It's a gorgeous album and the only studio album he finished before his drowning.

ETA - This song is way more R&B than anything on Grace, but not totally out of the ordinary. Grace is more guitar driven. The guy was a fantastic guitarist, as well.
