Yeah. It also has an all night tent as well, which is one of the things that Hangout lacks, imo. I'm old and probably wouldn't stay up that late anyway, but it's kind of weird to be at a festival and be back in my room by 11pm.
In some ways it was nice, though, because it kept me from completely burning out.

you have the beach parties after 11 pm which are wild in itself
