Snoop has an awesome category, but he's the biggest example of a produced hip hop superstar, everything was so much to sell records
He did influence a huge amount of current artists however like Nelly, Wiz Khalifa, Bow Wow , and numerous others

I'll bump him. Still not sold on Em. His lyrical ability is phenomenal but I don't know if he can compete with the rest of Tier 2. I don't really see Em being very influential
