Last time I saw them (summer 2018 in Oregon), they had Luther, Cody, and Carl Dufrene had just joined as full time bassist. He came over from Anders Osborne band.

Thought I had seen a pic of someone different up there with them recently.

Miss that dude. I saw my first nma show in 2000 in San Francisco, saw them 2 nights in a row actually at slims I believe. My cousin and i were out front after the 2nd show hanging out and chris chew walked up. We told him how much we enjoyed the shows and had even come back for the 2nd night, he just smiled and gave each of us a big hug and said thank you. Really nice dude.

That's awesome and about the time I started following them as well.
Caught them in Jackson at Hal and Mal's a few years ago and David Banner joined them up on stage for Snake Drive, started twirling his shirt in the air and getting crazy crunk on stage. With Banner and Chew both on stage doin' big wiggles, you could hardly spot the Dickinsons anymore ha. Good times aplenty I have had at NMAS shows.

You KNOW it was, cuz.
They did these shows every year I was in college for the most part. We drove up from BR. There was ALWAYS tons of fine women home for Christmas from Ole Miss and MSU, Jackson's finest collection in there. It was always a gotdamn barnburner in there.

They are playing crawfest in Shreveport 3/21. It's in Betty Virginia Park. Free festival. Should be fun.
