Meh. I do not hear the same creativity and passion that I once heard from them. You are right. It isn't too bad, but it certainly doesn't make me want to listen again and again the way I once did with NIN.

They also finally remastered The Fragile and released it on vinyl. Get it while you can!!!

I like the new EP. It sounds similar to Reznor's soundtracks with Atticus Ross (Social Network, Girl w/ Dragon Tattoo, Gone Girl, Before the Flood), which makes sense considering Ross is now a member of NIN.

I like it but I preferred Atticus as just the movie score collaborater. I'm not sure how I'm going to feel that he's taking that material and adding lyrics to it adding Atticus to NIN. It is growing on me though.
