The State Palace thread on the OT made me look up Prong to see what they've been up to and I saw this new release. On first listen State of Emergency, Obeisance, Disconnected, Compliant, and Working Man are all pretty damn solid.

Are they the guys that did that "Snap your fingers, Snap your neck" song? Seems like they were the opening act for half the metal tours I saw back in the day.

I started a Prong thread on here a while back. Tommy Victor doesn't nearly get the respect he deserves in metal.

Definitely, the cover of Rush's Working Man is amazing.
I've never been much of a Rush listener, Tommy's voice fits the song better than Lee's to me already.

I've listened to a few songs and they were pretty good. Will check out the whole album later.
Tommy Victor has been busy touring with Danzig so Prong has taken a bit of a backseat lately. He was touring with Ministry for a while too.

I saw them open for Clutch in the early 90s. It was a badass show

I feel like every time Clutch has played in NOLA, Prong has opened up for them.
