so you are one of those guys that just love Frusciante then. How you can think Goodbye Angels, Feasting on the Flowers, or Look Around are bad songs? Granted its not as good as Stadium, but they are still good albums.
Weird you chose these three bands haha especially Weezer. Might as well throw Tool on there since its been 10+ years.

Weezer made two amazing albums: Blue Album and Pinkerton. After that, they were either bad or fairly lack-luster.

Being that their music did not sound good to me on any album he is not on, I'd have to say yes. Navarro wasn't much better, but he was better than the current guy.

Au Contraire, Mon Frere. Tool has not released ANY album in 10 years where the above three named bands have released BAD albums since then. Tool is essentially a genre of their own, but are rock just like Lamb of God is rock, technically. I was talking about traditional 4/4 rock and roll.
