I haven't purchased or downloaded a DMB CD since live at Folsom Field. Right after Busted Stuff. Seemed he got pretty political after that. I have a buddy convincing me this album should bring me back. I've been to 15 or more of his concerts. They are great everywhere. Should I get it?

I feel like he's always had some what of a political message in songs. A lot of his newer stuff is just a little more obvious. However, I think you should purchase the album. It'll grow on you if you aren't "blown away" at first.

Finally got some time to listen to this one and let it soak in. Pretty good album. Not sure if it is as good as the last one, but definitely better than Stand Up. The album is a little short on catchy hooks, but the music overall is superb.
My favorite tracks are:

Broken Things
Guacho
Sweet
I look forward to hearing some of these songs live. They should be announcing the Fall/Winter tour dates this week. I am hoping for something within driving distance.

I am listening to the ENTIRE ALBUM here and it is way too Adult Contemporary for my liking. Very bland and boring in my opinion. Good background music if you are at the office I guess.

I kind of see where youre coming from and I feel that it's because they played over half the album over the summer.
In years past it seems to me like they only did 3-4 new songs per tour

Bho say it ain't so. No offense to other DMB fans but Bho DMB is the worst!
