Music streaming problems

Bought my parents echos from christmas for their house and their camp, and i was going to upgrade my spotify to family premium so we can all us it. Premium Family Spotify is screwing up and not letting me add them.
What is other alternatives i can do so my parents can play music by certain artist, albums, songs etc.
I saw that for amazon music, i would have to pay for two different subscriptions so they can use it on two different alexa devices

What do you mean it’s not letting you add them? I have not had any problems with Spotify family.

It seems like it would be easier to just troubleshoot your problem with Spotify rather than shift to another service. Especially since Spotify leads the pack.
However, I think Google Play has a comparable family plan.

When I edit my parents it sit in them in email would you except the invitation. When I click on the accept the invitation it brings me back to my account and does not let me add or accept the invitation with the code they gave me

I would speak to support because I haven’t had that problem and I am very satisfied with the Spotify product and think you will be too.

I feel like Spotify is the best service quality, price, and support wise I would prove my their forums or call them
