Someone mentioned this band in the female metal vocalists thread and I've been checking them out. They just went through some lineup changes so the black chick lefty guitarist, Thalìa Bellazecca, isn't in the band anymore. Kind of a bummer, she's a fine arse unicorn.

Progressive/goth metal outfit Green Carnation's Light of Day, Day of Darkness is an epic (single 60 minute track!) masterpiece from the early 2000s.
I just realized tonight that they released the first new record last year after nearly 15 years, and then dropped another new single a few months ago.
