For Klipsch search and more importantly read up on 'bob crites'.
Never used any of his stuff myself, but always hear his name thrown around on their forums.

Pull it out and call Madisound. They are excellent and have helped me build speakers and crossovers. I would go ahead and replace both.

Unless you're going to get an OEM tweeter you'll need to replace them in both speakers to tonally match the speakers. In other words, get the replacement from Klipsch or an authorized Klipsch reseller to get the correct tweeter.
