I've read (listened) to these two:
Comfortably Numb: The Inside Story of Pink Floyd by Mark Blake
A Very Irregular Head: The Life of Syd Barrett by Rob Chapman

Comfortably Numb deals mostly with the band's history. The narrator project some humor into the story. The Syd Barrett story was also interesting, but drier.
Nick Mason has written a book, Inside Out: A Personal History of Pink Floyd that I haven't gotten to yet.
