plug into any artist you like and you'll get TONS of similar artists, both major and indie. been using it for years.
it really opens a new world of music to you... bands you've never heard of.
just today, I discovered a band called "curtains for you"

I used it for a while but I kept getting a ton of obscure songs. I wish there was a happy medium between pandora/last fm

I agree. I listen to it on my Xbox and have found a lot of unheard of artists that I like.

there are some crap bands I come across, but i usually find some good stuff.

Laptop. It's still a nice change from pandora so I'll give it another try later. May start switching back and forth

yeah, I don't think it's going to replace pandora, but it's a nice change to discover new music.
