Travis isn't a rapper so it's not a diss song. Travis is the CEO of Dead Game Records which Gates use to be under.
What's funny is Young Ready put in a lot of work on that mixtape but all everyone wants to talk about is what Travis had to say on track 1.

So they diss this guy on the intro track, and then he is featured on a track later on the album
