Joe Bonamassa, Derek Trucks and Billy Gibbons Induction for Freddie King

A little weird that they have a slide guitarist playing in this song, but Trucks sounds great. And Bonamassa is superb, as usual.

I saw Freddie King live at City Park Stadium in New Orleans around 1973. He was the opening act for the Allman Brothers. What a show!

ETA: I love it that Bonamassa is playing a red Gibson ES 345 in this song. I don't know if that's Freddie King's actual guitar or not, but that's the kind of guitar King played in his later years.

I mean he sounds great on this song. "Going Down" is not a song I'd expect to hear slide guitar on, but he pulls it off with aplomb.
