Edit: I have a large jazz collection - around 2k records. Did a brief stint at KLSU with "Dr. Jazz" before moving to NC in mid 90s, and then hosted a jazz show here for 10 years at Shaw University. Sadly they sold the frequency a few years ago.

Astral Project out of NOLA has been fantastic for years. Tony Dagradi on sax, Jim Singleton on bass are such a joy to see perform. Johnny Vidacovich on drums is one of the masters of the shuffle beat.
