The euro concert you speak of is known as "under black pool lights". It was recorded over 2 nights, amazing footage. Sadly I think its out of market now, last copy I saw on ebay was over $120.

I just googled "Under Blackpool lights DVD" and found tons of copies for like 20 bucks just FYI
